When was the last time you felt truly cared for, by yourself?
That question hit me hard… especially after becoming a mom of two, juggling both work and motherhood.
The days began to blur, and somewhere along the way, I forgot what it felt like to simply be me.
I still love my life; the chaos, the joy, the fullness of it all. But sometimes… I just needed a moment.
A moment to breathe.
A moment that was mine.
Then one day, I remembered how those warm tea-bath moments used to make me feel,
in bathhouses and hot springs during my travels.
Just me, warm water, and the gentle aroma of herbs and florals.
So I gathered a few of those herbs, blended them into warm water,
and gave myself permission to pause.
No reason, no rush. Just to soak, to breathe, to feel human again.
That quiet little ritual became sacred.
A pause that made space for emotional self-love 💞.
